2.8 block casting number

I am trying to identify a 2.8 engine, year built etc. The number on the left rear of block is A950620277. I hope that someone can tell me what it is? Thank you and Im sure Ill be using this site more, and helping if I can, as Im working on my sons 87 pickup.

Thanx for trying, Im not sure but it looks as though it is from a 4x4, deep oil pan and oil filter adapter has filter mounted straight out to side, mine is pointing backward along block. Person I got it from says it is an 89 year model.

You ever get interested in selling the oil pan and oil filter adapter hollar at me. I like having spare parts.

I have the pan (approx 10" deep), filter adapter (filter aims straight out from block) and the pickup tube and screen. If you want to buy make me an offer for parts and shipping, all it is doing now is taking up space in my garage, thanx, Mickey
