Differences between 92 Ty & 93 Ty

Different Roof Racks
92 has square boxy style
93 has smooth rounded style

Different Style Seats
92 is only leather on the fronts, sides and back is fabric, stitched with Typhoon logo, manual lumber pumps
93 is alllll leather and 6 way drivers power at that, both seats power lumbar

92 Ty had Door Handle Guards (escutheons)
92 Flat Black plastic around headlamps
93 the entire grill is painted body color

Door panel leather inserts & side leather inserts in rear seat
92 has vertical "bunched" look
93 has horizontal seam holding the leather flat

92 didn't get overhead consoles, 93 did

92 has silver Typhoon Logos
93 has Gold Typhoon logos

92s got embroidered floormats as well
93 got plain jane mats

92 has 4 channel ABS
late 92s and 93 got 3 channel ABS by Kelsey Hayes, now TRW

93s were rated with 5 more HP with no changes to the design

92 and 93 have different GM part #s for the converters

Rearview mirror vanity light switches are in different places

Both are damn fast and If you have never ridden in one get a ride so you know what all of us are junkies over...

Did anyone else notice that the hood prop has a diffrent clip between 92/93
