I going to get the production numbers for your section and post them here
We do not own the earth, we are merely borrowing it from our children

A 1991 Extended Cab
A 1991 4x4 Baja
A 1989 4x4 extend Baja
A 1996 Camaro Z28 ( WIFES)
A 1997 Oldsmobile Bravada

We could all learn alot from a box of crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors.. but they all exist nicely in the same box!!!

The Chevrolet S-10 Cameo is a limited production truck, made as a bid for the Typhoon-Syclone truck project, and was originally planned to be a 300-400 HP truck. The Cameo was in production from 1989 to 1991 in two different styles:

The Cameo: Complete wrap-around ground effects package

Cameo EL: Front and rear ground effects only.

The Cameo package included a sport suspension, complete ground effects kit, Cameo decals, rear roll pan, driving lights, high back bucket seats (Some models came with standard bench seat), and 15x7 rally wheels.

^^^ that guys post Copied and pasted directlly from http://www.paonline.com/bull/page3.html

What no mention of the GMC conter-part, the Californian S/T?
Here is some info:
4.3, 9.3 to 1 compression, rear wheel horse: 146@4 grand, torque: 201 @ 3 grand
0-60: 13.09 1/4 mile 17.225 @ 77.942
700R4- 1st 3.06:1, 2nd 1.63:1, 3rd 1.00:1, 4th: .70:1, axel/rear end:3.42:1
Gm listed higher torque, & hp #s than the truck made, a dyno company evulated it, & those listed above were results. I have some pics, if you guys wanna see them.
50 produced for test market in, guess where, California.

Also some claim to have 1988 production Cameos, not confirmed yet by GM,

Also, some blazer version were alleged, called Apaches. (going with the 50s theme, Cameo, & Apaches possiblly)

Cameo went out of production cause the Syclone put them out of production. Sales of Cameo/El dropped a lot, with the relesing of the Syclone. Also the announcement of a following year relese of the Typhoon, and the cheap Syclone, the Sonoma GT, & a faster Syclone, Chevy ended production.

Turns out the faster Sy was only 5 horse, due to a chip, with only 3 produced, the cheap Sy, the GT dissapeared, and the typhoon only got more expensive by 93, due to demend. The next year what does Chevy do? {Hint, Hint, its a big joke to the SS heritage.}
