Dynomax mufflers run around $70-$100 and sound really good.

Sounds good to me, I just put a lot of money into a major tune up, so I'm not to crazy about spending that much right now. I'm sure you all understand. I NEED quality sound tho =)

Those Soundmaster mufflers from NAPA aren't what you're thinkin'. I bought one for a topaz I had once, and I was worried it was going to be loud, but actually it was a very very quiet muffler. If quiet is what you're wanting, and you're not worried about performance, go for it, but I hear that the Flowmasters Deltaflow performs good without the sound of the original Flowmasters.
Used to have a 98 S10 Reg. Cab 2.2 5-speed, now running an '05 Colorado 2.8 5-speed.

I decided to go with a 50 Series Flowmaster. I guess its not as barky as the 40 series. But I didnt want somthing that was going to give me a headache. =)
